About The Position

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support senior leaders in shaping workforce strategies that drive business performance. This role blends commercial acumen with HR expertise to deliver impactful people solutions in a fast-paced, highly regulated financial environment. What You’ll Do Partner with Leaders: Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies that enable growth and strengthen culture. Drive Talent Strategy: Lead and/or co-lead initiatives in workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and diversity. Enable Change: Guide leaders through organizational transformation, digital adoption, and cultural shifts. Leverage Data: Use analytics and market insights to inform decisions on talent, pay, and performance. Champion Engagement: Design and deliver programs that boost employee experience, retention, and inclusion. What You’ll Bring 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HRBP in financial services Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in organizational design, change management, and talent development. Comfort with ambiguity and agility in navigating complex regulatory and market dynamics. Data-driven mindset and familiarity with HR technology platforms. Emerging Skills & Future-Focused Competencies Digital & Data Fluency: Ability to interpret workforce analytics, leverage AI tools, and apply predictive insights for talent decisions. Agile Leadership: Comfort with iterative planning, cross-functional pods, and adaptive operating models. Commercial Acumen: Understanding of markets, risk, and client dynamics to align people strategy with business outcomes. Change Navigation: Comfort in guiding leaders through structural, cultural, and digital transformations. Future Workforce Planning: Anticipating skill shifts (AI, automation, ESG) and building resilience through continuous learning. Culture & Conduct Advocacy: Reinforcing inclusion, accountability, and ethical decision-making in high-stakes environments. We need a leader who can balance commercial imperatives with risk and regulatory compliance , while enabling agility and innovation. This HRBP is not just a partner, they are a strategic advisor, data-driven decision maker, and culture architect .

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HRBP in financial services
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in organizational design, change management, and talent development.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and agility in navigating complex regulatory and market dynamics.
