About The Position

As a Retail Manager, you will lead a team to create positive customer experiences by understanding their financial needs and recommending the right products. You’ll coach, inspire, and grow your team while driving branch profitability and customer growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a bank setting.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
  • Ethical team player with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and attend required meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and promote banking products to meet financial needs
  • Train your team on topics such as bank products, services, and procedures.
  • Manage all cash operations (vault, ATM, teller variations).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coach and develop employees, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and communication.
  • Ensure branch security, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Make decisions on policy exceptions while managing risk for the bank.
