About The Position

Tennessee Distilling Group, Ltd. is searching for a full-time Retail Manager to join their team in Columbia, TN. Their operations span over 150 acres with multiple production campuses, including independent distillery operations, a contract bottling facility, and contract storage warehouses. Requirements

3+ years of retail management experience (spirits, hospitality, or specialty retail preferred)
Strong knowledge of bourbon, whiskey, and spirits
Experience with inventory management and Point of Sale systems
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
An alcohol server permit or the ability to obtain within 3 months
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
