About The Position

Sodexo's Campus Dining segment has an opportunity for a Retail Manager 2 at Colorado Mesa University, in Grand Junction Colorado. The perfect candidate for this Retail Manager must be highly flexible and ready to accommodate diverse customer requests. This position will work closely with both the Operations Manager and the current Retail Manager. As a highly visible campus leader, you will drive operational excellence, develop and inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all retail locations. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

a history of strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
prior experience promoting national brands with clients and customers in a campus environment; and/or proven client relationship and customer service skills.
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
