This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills and grow into a Store Manager role. The trainee will receive hands-on training in store operations, team leadership, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to build a long-term career in retail management.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to analyze financial data and drive store performance.
Ability to exert 10 lbs up to 40 lbs of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Responsibilities

Participate in all aspects of store operations and daily management activities
Learn and support staffing, scheduling, and team development
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and product ordering
Monitor store appearance, cleanliness, and operational standards
Support cash handling, reporting, and loss prevention procedures
Analyze sales performance and assist in driving store results
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Lead by example and promote a positive team culture
Complete all assigned training programs successfully
