About The Position

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Retail Manager in Training for their stores in Knox County, Ohio. This position offers a starting pay of $15.45 - $16.39 per hour and requires 40 hours per week. The schedule depends on the needs of the store and requires open availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends. The company provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Requirements

• Ample experience in retail management
• Working knowledge of retail settings and product display
• Passion for excellent customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Valid driver’s license
• Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well as Utica if needed
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm as well as understanding
• Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations
• Ensure quality control standards
• Learn to refill Propane tanks
