RETAIL MANAGER IN TRAINING
About The Position
This is a full-time Store Manager in Training position for Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc., requiring 40 hours a week at a pay rate of $15.45 per hour. The role involves working at various store locations within Knox County and potentially one in Licking County. A successful applicant will have ample experience in retail management, a working knowledge of retail settings and product display, and a passion for excellent customer service. The position demands open availability, including working all shifts, holidays, evenings, and weekends, with schedules varying based on store needs. Responsibilities include supervising and training employees, teaching donation sorting and pricing, and ensuring quality control standards. Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is dedicated to providing training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
Requirements
- Have ample experience in retail management
- Have a working knowledge of retail settings and product display
- Have a passion for excellent customer service
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well as 1 in Licking County if needed
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Learn to refill Propane tanks
Responsibilities
