About The Position
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) for a Store Manager in Training at Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. The role involves training at various stores in Licking County. The schedule depends on the needs of the store where training is taking place, and open availability is required, including all shifts, holidays, evenings, and weekends. Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is dedicated to providing training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
Requirements
- Ample experience in retail management
- A working knowledge of retail settings and product display
- A passion for excellent customer service
- The ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel to other retail locations within Licking County
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm as well as understanding
- Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations
- Ensure quality control standards
