About The Position

Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking multiple Full-Time Store Managers in Training for various stores in Licking County, Ohio. This position offers a starting pay of $15.45-$16.39 per hour. The schedule depends on the needs of the store, and candidates must have open availability. The company provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment, and a successful applicant will have a passion for working with this population.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Travel to other Licking/Knox Goodwill retail locations within Licking County
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Learn to fill Propane tanks for customers
• Have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
