Requirements

Strong passion for Texas Tech University with a deep understanding of the community and culture.
Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
Availability to work full-time, with extended hours on holidays and game days as needed.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead by example, fostering a team-oriented environment that drives productivity and customer satisfaction.
Sales: 5 years (Required)
Management: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team, ensuring a high standard of customer service and fostering a positive, energetic store environment that reflects the Texas Tech spirit.
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales targets, while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Assist customers in finding the perfect Texas Tech merchandise, providing expert advice and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
Promote and uphold the values and traditions of Red Raider Outfitter, creating an immersive experience for fans and customers.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment, focusing on motivation, team development, and goal achievement.
