About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 at Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, AZ! NAU is a public research university known for its strong sense of community, outdoor lifestyle, and student‑focused campus, serving as an academic and cultural hub of Northern Arizona. This beautiful campus, with a diverse retail dining environment, features multiple retail units, both self-operated and nationally branded. Strong on-site specialist support is also provided by dedicated Marketing, Finance, Culinary, and HR Directors. Requirements

• A history of strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Prior experience promoting national brands with clients and customers in a campus environment
• Proven client relationship and customer service skills
• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and expectations
• Ensure that Sodexo and customer goals are aligned and met
• Educate and develop rapport with clients and promote partnerships
• Promote a customer/client centered culture that strives to exceed customer and client needs
• Maintain and improve service level resulting in increased customer satisfaction
• Ensure all HAACP standards are followed
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and quick responsiveness to client and customer requests
