Responsibilities

• Mastering the foundations: Learn company values and purpose, introduction to store, customer engagement, deliveries, stock management, and layout optimisation.
• Stepping into Management: Act as Duty Manager, responsible for safety & security, managing store flow, and making real-time decisions. Begin learning about talent & culture (recruiting, onboarding, motivating teams) and commercial dynamism (P&L management, economic analysis, sales drivers).
• Transitioning into Department Management: Manage P&L, analyze economic performance, drive sales growth, craft long-term missions for the department, recruit and develop teammates, and optimize the sales floor for an immersive, high-performance shopping experience.
