This role is responsible for completing daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs, maintaining positive relationships with Store Management, conducting apprehensions within established policies, and identifying and resolving internal and external theft. The position also involves providing customer service, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, observing and deterring dishonesty, participating in investigations, ensuring apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity, completing paperwork accurately, maintaining evidence, and coordinating shrink-related activities with Store Management. Adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, as well as supporting shrink reduction goals and promoting safety awareness are key aspects of this role.
