This role involves overseeing daily functions, assisting with purchasing, monitoring staff adherence to systems and protocols, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, infection control, and regulatory standards. The Retail Lead will also follow human resource policies, contribute to scheduling and performance management, assist with staff training, and communicate regularly with the team. Additionally, this position requires serving as a role model, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, monitoring temperatures, developing interdepartmental rapport, and managing department opening and closing procedures.
