About The Position

The Retail Lead Generator's daily mission is to generate excitement and increase Airtron brand awareness in retail Big Box store locations. This role involves discovering opportunities for the Replacement Sales team by sourcing prospective buyer leads for products and services. The goal is to make an immediate, positive impact on sales by generating qualified leads. The position requires scheduling lead appointments in coordination with office staff, attending daily sales team calls, and presenting products while answering customer and associate questions. Adherence to all company and Big Box store policies and procedures, including safety and security, is mandatory. Other duties may be assigned, and duties may vary by location.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year’s sales experience
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned
  • Must be able to work Thursday-Sunday weekly
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • General computer competency
  • Must be dependable, reliable and goal driven.
  • Must be friendly, enthusiastic and able to engage potential customers
  • Customer service mindset
  • Drive to exceed minimum expectations in sales performance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external

Responsibilities

  • Generate excitement and increase Airtron brand awareness in retail Big Box store locations.

  • Attend daily sales team calls with Lead Generator Supervisor.
  • Present products and answer questions to customers and Big Box associates.
  • Follow all company and Big Box store policies and procedures, including safety and security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
