About The Position

The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining a presentable store environment for customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a bright, energetic atmosphere, excel at communication and relationship building, and have a keen eye for fashion. Lovisa is a fashion-forward jewelry brand established in Australia in 2010, known for its on-trend, affordable fashion jewelry with 150 new styles introduced weekly. The company has expanded to over 550 stores in 20 countries and offers significant growth opportunities for motivated individuals.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Prior experience for a retailer or hospitality.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
A passion for retail and fashion!
