About The Position

As a Key Holder, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving store targets, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find the perfect jewellery
• Support the team to achieve sales and store targets
• Help create a positive, motivating, and inclusive team environment
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store
• Support stock replenishment and product presentation
• Take responsibility for the store when required
• Lead by example and help the team deliver on Lovisa’s customer-first approach
