About The Position

SMCP is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store. SMCP aims to be a global leader in accessible luxury, offering unique products and premium experiences across 43 countries. The company has a business model blending luxury and fast fashion with ambitious sustainability objectives for 2025. The Keyholder will be part of a fun and collaborative environment, building customer relationships, creating fitting room experiences, and providing wardrobing and styling advice. This role involves supporting the customer/sales associate experience by fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture. The Keyholder will utilize prior selling and supervisory experience to perform essential sales and opening/closing functions, including cash reconciliation, distributing daily sales goals, KPI reminders, ensuring store safety, resolving customer issues, supporting new hires, performing operational tasks, and other leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

1+ years of prior service experience.
Some prior retail supervisory experience.
Passion for Customer Service.
Friendly and outgoing with strong communication skills.
Fashion Savvy.
Flexibility as it relates to scheduling.
Interest in Retail Management career path.
