About The Position

Lovisa America is expanding and seeking enthusiastic Sales Super Stars for our growing team. The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining store presentation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a bright, energetic environment, excel at communication and relationship building, and have a keen eye for fashion. Lovisa was founded on the principle of providing on-trend fashion jewelry at accessible prices, inspired by global fashion trends and street style. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Prior experience in retail or hospitality.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
A passion for retail and fashion.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create a positive team environment.
