Requirements

1+ years of prior service experience.
Some prior retail supervisory experience.
Passion for Customer Service.
Friendly and outgoing - strong communication skills.
Fashion Savvy.
Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling).
Interest in Retail Management career path.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Leadership Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store.
Build relationships with customers.
Create fitting room experiences.
Wardrobe and style clients from head to toe.
Create a welcoming and inclusive culture.
Carry out essential sales and opening/closing functions.
Cash reconciliation.
Distribution of daily sales goals.
KPI reminders.
Ensure store safety.
Customer issue resolution.
New hire support.
Operational tasks.
Perform miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
