As a Key Holder, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving store targets, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding jewellery.
• Support the team in achieving sales and store targets.
• Help create a positive, motivating, and inclusive team environment.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store.
• Support stock replenishment and product presentation.
• Take responsibility for the store when required.
• Lead by example and help the team deliver on Lovisa’s customer-first approach.
