About The Position

Lovisa America is expanding with new store openings and is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Sales Super Stars. The Key Holder role is crucial in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve store targets and maintain a presentable store environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a vibrant atmosphere, excels at communication, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen eye for fashion. Requirements

• Must be 18 years and older to apply.
• Prior experience for a retailer or hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.

• Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
