About The Position

Now Hiring: 3rd Key Holder / Cashier – New Olean Store! Step into a role that combines hands-on customer service with leadership responsibility in our brand-new Goodwill store in Olean! We’re looking for a Cashier who can also serve as a Key Holder - supporting daily operations while helping lead the team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to grow from a front-line role into retail leadership.

Requirements

1+ year of retail experience
Strong cashiering and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service as a primary cashier, creating a positive checkout experience
Operate the register and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions
Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing the store
Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, providing support and direction to team members
Train and assist Store Associates to maintain strong performance
Support sales floor, donation door, and merchandising activities
Assist with donation processing, including sorting, pricing, and meeting production goals, as needed
