About The Position

As a Key Holder, also known as a Floor Leader, you will contribute to store operations and mentor team members while delivering exceptional customer service. In this entry-level management role, you will oversee daily operations, support sales goals, and help maintain the store’s shopping environment. The role includes customer service, retail leadership, team support, sales, merchandising, inventory, and problem solving.

Requirements

• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve in-store issues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, staffing, and operational tasks.
• Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for store employees.
• Comfort mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team.
• Ability to act with confidentiality and urgency.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide knowledgeable advice on Skechers products to help them find the right fit and have a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures as required, and maintain security protocols and operational standards.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques and promoting Skechers products.
• Carry out merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to support a smooth customer experience.
