About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a part-time Retail Key Holder. This role is for individuals passionate about health and wellness, interested in becoming knowledgeable about supplements, and seeking a fulfilling career that doesn't consume all their time. The position involves taking on a leadership role, helping customers achieve their wellness goals, building customer loyalty, and creating a positive in-store shopping experience.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
- Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts
- A passion for the health & wellness industry
Responsibilities
- Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others.
- Build loyalty through personalized customer connections, creating memorable shopping experiences and increasing basket size.
- Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder, working with integrity.
- Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products.
- Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the team of Health Enthusiasts.
- Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of product receipts, keep shelves full, and products priced accordingly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
