About The Position

Step into a leadership role where you’ll help drive retail success and make a difference in your community! This position involves performing store opening and closing procedures, training associates, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. The role focuses on maintaining a positive store environment, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting various store operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Willing to attend orientation in Buffalo (full time only)

Responsibilities

  • Perform store opening and closing procedures, including securing the building
  • Train Store Associates and act as Manager on Duty when needed
  • Help maintain a positive, productive store environment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at the register, on the sales floor, or at the donation door
  • Support store operations including merchandising, cleanliness, and promotions
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions
  • Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories
  • Prices items using our guide and identifies high-value goods
  • Meets daily production goals and quality standards
