About The Position

The Retail Key Holder is responsible for accurately operating the POS system, maintaining and stocking merchandise on the sales floor, and assisting customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner. This role involves sorting, categorizing, pricing, and distributing donated and purchased goods, as well as maintaining a sanitary, safe, and attractive store environment. The Key Holder will also assist the store management team with opening and closing procedures and will be authorized to carry keys to the store and be issued an alarm code.

Requirements

• Ability to operate Electronic Cash Register, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, 10-key adding machine
• Read, write, and good math skills
• At least 1 year customer service experience dealing with the public
• Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements
• Must be able to train employees in the use of store equipment
