About The Position

This is a traveling role for a Retail Inventory Supervisor. Early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) are common, with assignments available Monday-Friday. Occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible. The role involves coaching and training Inventory Associates, following a clear workflow, and serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns. The supervisor is responsible for supporting directives from management, driving operational excellence, maximizing team productivity, and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team. As the face of the organization, the supervisor is expected to uphold core values in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Nice To Haves

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates
