Retail Inventory Supervisor - Denver Metro Area
About The Position
This part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor role is urgently hiring throughout the Denver Metro Area and the Phoenix Valley Area. The position is perfect for individuals who are disciplined, accurate, consistent, and enjoy training and driving for results. The role involves coaching and developing Inventory Associates, following a consistent workflow, serving as a point of contact for inventory concerns, and partnering with management to drive operational excellence. The supervisor is expected to maintain a high level of accuracy, travel to retail locations, and lead by example, demonstrating core company values.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities
