About The Position

This role is perfect for people who love to train and drive for results. The position involves coaching and developing Inventory Associates, following a clear and consistent workflow, and serving as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns. You will partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence, maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and travel to retail locations. The role requires leading by example and demonstrating the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
