Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured storage systems
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse processes
- Proficiency with data entry and inventory tracking systems
- Ability to use computers and standard office technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify inventory discrepancies and damaged products
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform repetitive or continuous tasks, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and weather.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory areas to ensure efficient product location and retrieval
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming product transfers
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory movements through digital systems and physical counts
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Update inventory databases with product receipts, transfers, adjustments, and disposals
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Support warehouse layout optimization and product placement initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company standards
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or storage concerns
- Assist with product replenishment and movement between warehouse and retail locations
- Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and handling products
