Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Professional and timely internal and external communication
• Strong mathematical skills required
• Ability to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-drive
• Collaborative and customer-centric
• Willing to go above and beyond when needed
• Communicate professionally with customers and team
• Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions

Responsibilities

• Receiving all products into the store point of sale system
• Managing any outgoing shipments as needed
• Ensuring inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner
• Working with vendors to process returns and create Return Authorizations (RA)
• Completing cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate
• Assisting with stocking inventory on the sales floor
• Fulfilling online customer orders and getting orders picked and packed for curbside pickup or home delivery
