Retail Inventory Associate – Dollar Teams
About The Position
This is a traveling role where you will count and record inventory with precision, follow a clear and consistent workflow, and move between inventory locations. You will be expected to stand, walk, and stay active for extended periods. The role involves meeting daily performance goals, with opportunities for productivity-based wage increases. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experienced Inventory Associates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking.
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
- Ability to frequently use a ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
