Retail Inventory Associate - Dollar Teams
About The Position
The Retail Inventory Associate role involves counting and recording inventory with precision, following a clear and consistent workflow, and moving between inventory locations. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods and meeting daily performance goals. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experienced Inventory Associates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking.
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
- Ability to frequently use a ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.

- Competitive pay - This position is eligible for a productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.
