About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associates throughout the greater Seattle Metro area, including Kent, Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett, and Lynnwood. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The position is active and involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
