About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for a part-time Retail Inventory Associate. This role is for early morning shifts with flexible scheduling and paid training. The position offers performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months and additional earning potential up to $5.00 per hour. The job involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. This is an active role that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds, all while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. It's a great fit for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
