About The Position
WIS International is seeking Retail Inventory Associates in the Baton Rouge Area, including Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Alexandria. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and paid training. The job involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position is active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and are rewarded for strong performance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
