Retail Inventory Associate - West Palm Beach Metro Area
About The Position
WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associates throughout the greater West Palm Beach Metro area, including Lake Worth, Greenacres, Riviera Beach, and Delray Beach. This part-time role offers new, higher starting pay and flexible scheduling. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The job involves accurately counting retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail, and meeting productivity goals to increase earnings. Associates will travel to various retail locations. The role is active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and occasional ladder climbing, with the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds. It's a fast-paced environment where strong performance is rewarded.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
