About The Position

Join WIS International as a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. This active role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events. You will count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintain high accuracy, and meet productivity goals. The role requires travel to various retail locations and adherence to company core values.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
No degree required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
