About The Position

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Part-Time) and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work and offers flexible scheduling. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. The position involves travel to various retail locations and requires adherence to company core values.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
Certification to become a paid pharmacy counter.

Responsibilities
