Retail Inventory Associate Driver - Salt Lake City Metro Area
About The Position
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This is an active, part-time role that keeps you moving and rewards hard work. No inventory experience is required, as all necessary training is provided. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. The role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working quickly in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- No degree required.

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
