About The Position

This position will directly report to the Manager, Retail and work on projects related to visual merchandising, buying, and more, while also supporting the entire retail staff on all department operations. In addition, this intern will have a crucial role during game nights and events.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in creating visual displays and set ups for stores
Work with staff to flip stores between teams
Assist with store operations
Assist with inventory management and run inventory and sales reports
Upload new items to the Ecommerce site
Fulfill online Ecommerce orders
Respond to Ecommerce customer service emails
Collaborate with departments to fulfill special needs and item requests
Work with digital and creative teams to proof information on graphics for sales and special announcements
Assist with vendor communications
Research market trends in sports merchandise
Assist in creating power point approvals
Provide on-site support during XMA events, including but not limited to counting merchandise in, distributing merchandise, counting out merchandise.
Ensure each stand has all supplies including grid, tables, devices, price signs, and ask for signs.
Communicate with event managers to get tour merchandise contacts
