About The Position

We are on a mission to revolutionize retail with our customers’ innovative Smart Cart technology—making shopping smoother, smarter, and more fun. As a Retail Influencer, you’ll be the face of this exciting new experience, guiding customers, showcasing features, and turning first-time users into loyal fans.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned

Nice To Haves

• Retail, Brand Ambassador, Customer Service previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Smart Cart experience.
• Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the cart’s coolest features.
• Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
• Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience.
• Encourage customers to try and keep using the Smart Cart.
• Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
• Provide top-tier service and leave every customer smiling.
