About The Position

The Retail Image Associate helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. The role includes cleaning and stocking tasks, customer assistance, support for food preparation and sanitation standards, and helping teammates with cashiering as needed. The position requires flexible availability for a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• At least 16 years of age; some locations require applicants to be at least 18.

• Previous retail or janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including restrooms, shelves, floors, and fuel pumps.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and label items accurately.
• Greet customers, provide assistance, and promote store specials.
• Ensure compliance with food preparation and sanitation standards.
• Support team members and assist with cashiering as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
