About The Position
Retail Hourly Clerks contribute to an uplifting customer experience through exceptional service. Associates may work in different store departments and share the goal of being friendly and caring to customers and coworkers. Applications are accepted for cashier, bagger, e-Commerce clerk, grocery clerk, produce clerk, meat clerk, deli clerk, and bakery clerk positions. The role may involve checkout and bagging, stocking and displays, fulfilling online orders, preparing and serving food, baking, floral work, or preparing and serving fresh produce, meat, and seafood.
Requirements
- Customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic math.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers at checkout and bag groceries.
- Build attractive displays and stock shelves.
- Select and gather products to fulfill customers’ online orders.
- Prepare gourmet dishes and artisan sandwiches, and serve local and imported cheeses.
- Bake fresh breads and cookies, decorate cakes, and serve personalized coffees.
- Create artistic floral arrangements.
- Prepare fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.
- Cut and serve meat and seafood.
- Contribute in other areas to provide extraordinary customer service.
