About The Position
LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus is seeking energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused individuals to join their Retail Team as Retail Hosts. This role is about bringing fun, creating a welcoming and high-energy experience for every guest, and turning great visits into unforgettable memories. The job involves managing guest flow, keeping retail and public areas clean and organized, sharing enthusiasm to help guests find products, and following opening and closing procedures. Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
- Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
- Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
- Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
