About The Position

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus is looking for energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused superstars to join their Retail Team. The Retail Host will bring the FUN by creating a welcoming, high-energy experience for every guest, engaging with guests to turn great visits into unforgettable memories, and helping manage guest flow and lines to keep experiences safe, smooth, and stress-free. They will also be responsible for keeping retail and public areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready to impress, sharing enthusiasm to help guests discover the perfect LEGO products and souvenirs, and following opening and closing procedures to help keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
