About The Position

Join Team Merlin as a Retail Host and help create amazing memories for guests from around the world! We are looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused team members to join our Retail Team. You will deliver enthusiastic, friendly service while demonstrating the Merlin Values, seek out guest interactions to make every visit fun and memorable, help manage guest lines and maintain a positive guest experience, ensure public areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked, and follow opening and closing procedures to help keep the attraction running smoothly.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO adventures every day!
