About The Position

We're looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused team members to join our Retail Team at SEA LIFE Michigan & Peppa Pig World of Play Michigan. As a Retail Host, you will bring positive energy, deliver enthusiastic and friendly service, and help create unforgettable guest experiences. You will seek out guest interactions, help manage guest lines, maintain a positive guest experience, ensure public areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked, and support daily operations by following opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable adventures every day.
