Retail Grocery Associate - Inventory
About The Position
WIS International is seeking Retail Grocery Associates for inventory roles. This part-time position offers higher starting pay and flexible scheduling. The role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers, with all necessary training provided. No prior inventory experience is required. The job is active, requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Performance-based pay increases are available, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months and additional opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
- Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules

Responsibilities
- Accurately count inventory for top retailers.
- Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected.
- Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
- Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise.
- Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
